2. Returns

2.1. Eligibility for Returns: You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

2.2. Non-returnable Items: Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, including perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items.

3. Refunds

3.1. Process for Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

3.2. Approval of Refunds: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

4. Shipping

4.1. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at ledteknologisb@gmail.com or call us at 03-9107 6059. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will send out the replacement item, subject to availability.
